All Night Parking Ban Lifted - May 1st

§ 72.01 ALL NIGHT PARKING .


(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to stop, stand, or park a vehicle, or to cause or to permit a vehicle to be parked or left unattended between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any day on any of the streets or highways of the city during the period from November 1 through April 30.


(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to stop, stand or park a vehicle, or to cause or to permit a vehicle to be parked or left unattended between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any day of the year on both sides of Quincy Street from the intersections of Dunstan Street to the intersection of Montezuma Street.
