The City of Hancock Zoning Board of Appeals has schedule a Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. via electronic meeting to hear and act on the following request covered under Article XVI – General Exceptions #9.
9. Lots Having Lake Frontage: Those residential lots having lake frontage and abutting a public street maintain the yard on the lake side as an open unobscured yard, excepting that a covered or uncovered boat well or boat house shall be permitted after review and approval of plans by the Zoning Board of Appeals.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will receive written comments prior to the meeting or comments via electronic meeting. The Zoning Board of Appeals will render a decision on the request after the public comment and discussion.
