February 2007, and a relatively
light winter, saw the near completion of the fourth floor,
additional steel work started, and the closing in of the building. |

precast concrete panels are arriving, and
being placed into position, to speed
construction, and add soundproofing to the building. |

for what will be the enclosed lower level parking garage. |
