this years Hankooki Heikki, who serves as honorary Parade Marshal.
This year, Chassell resident Ed Laulumaa, a well known fiddler,
was selected, and wore the traditional costume (in sleigh). |

Some 80 persons, including
these girls, took part in the Saturday afternoon Polar Bear dive,
off of the Hancock waterfront Ramada Inn dock. Air temperature was
15 degrees. This girl (highlighted) wisely chose to go feet first.
